Facilitating Change in people, teams and organisations
ChangeAware is the brand name for Vicky Cosstick's work as an organisational consultant, facilitator and coach working primarily with UK based voluntary organisations and NGOs. Since 2005, ChangeAware has worked with 45 clients -- 10 UK charities and 35 international development and humanitarian organisations. Vicky has over ten years of experience in teambuilding, strategic thinking and planning, learning reviews, facilitating change, conflict resolution and mediation. She has coached/mentored over 40 executives, managers and career changers.
Vicky's core skills are listening, facilitation, analysis and writing. Her primary focus is on helping individual leaders, teams and organisations to explore complex work challenges with the aim of improving outcomes and achieving effective change. Vicky is based in E Sussex (previously London) and Ireland, and has travelled widely in the UK, Europe and internationally -- mostly East Africa -- to work with a wide range of organisations that are striving to combat marginalisation of people, poverty and injustice.
